The way I work with the set is following:

- I put power on my FT-950 and the transvertor. I wait for a few minutes so the GSP receiver can lock on the satellites. After the flashing red led is stopped and burns steady, the 10MHz clock is ok. Make sure the green light of the mixer is also on.

- Than start the SDRConsole software on the PC/laptop and activate the RSP1a

- put the conpensation bar on the middle beacon, and check whether the lower beacon is on 10.489.500.000

- if everything is ok, than you can start listening and calling CQ !
